Pastor Erlyn’s property
On the same property where Helping Hands put the well, Beauty of Hope built Pastor Erlyn a home. Here he sits in front of his new home on the motorcycle Journey Church TN bought him. When everyone works together we can do great things!
Habitat for Humanity built several houses in KM54 and Dulce got one of them!! Here Dulce and Greg are standing in front of her home. She is so proud!! We love to see God work in so many ways!
In 2014 Beauty of Hope purchased some property in KM54. It was originally purchased as a safe haven for some single moms who were vulnerable to be taken advantage of. It also became the place for Pastor Erlyn to have his own home and raise a family. For several years, Pastor Erlyn had been commuting from Los Cedros to KM 54. In 2015, one of our board members responded to the need for clean water to be accessible on this property. The well was able to be dug very deep and clean! Another opportunity for life in the form of clean water to be available to another part of the community.
